Backorders
If an item is backordered, the details of the backorder and the information concerning the expected delivery date will be sent to you via the email address provided during checkout. Please contact your sales representative if you would like to cancel your order due to an item being backordered.
Cancelling an Order
Please contact your sales representative via phone or email to discuss cancelling your order. XtremeGameroom will cancel any order that has not shipped however, we cannot cancel your order if your item has already been processed for shipping and is on the dock awaiting pick up.Refunds are isued within 30 Days of Cancelation
Local Customers: (Southern California Customers)
What do we mean when we say local customers? All customers From Santa Barbara South to San Diego, including Palmdale/Lancaster area South to San Diego, Victorville/Apple Valley Area South to San Diego, Big Bear South to San Diego, Desert Hot/Palm Springs/Cathedral City/Indio Area South to San Diego and everything in between. If you are outside that area then you are not a local customer.
If you are not a local customer your warranty will not include labor coverage for any warranty repairs. You will have a parts warranty only.
Used Game (90 day Parts Warranty) Non-local Customers
Xtreme Gameroom will warranty all parts for used machines excluding Guns, Buttons, Joysticks and other items that wear over time or that can be damaged by the user. Those items are guaranteed to be working when you receive the machine. Notice of nonworking items must be given to Xtreme Gameroom within 3 Days of receiving the machine. If you have something wrong with your machine within the warranty period, call us and we will diagnose the problem over the phone and ship you the necessary parts to fix the problem. We will also pay for the shipping of the parts and we will also pay for the defective parts to be shipped back to us. Xtreme Gameroom will walk you through replacing the defective parts over the phone. If you cannot replace the parts yourself or you are not willing to replace the parts, Xtreme Gameroom will help you find a technician in your area to replace the parts for you. You will be responsible for all labor fees that the technician will charge. Xtreme Gameroom May require a credit card deposit to advance replace parts under warranty, when the defective parts are returned, a credit will be issued.

Xtreme Gameroom will warranty all Parts & Labor (Local customers only) for new machines with a 90 Day Warranty excluding Guns, Buttons, Joysticks and other items that wear over time or that can be damaged by the user. What Xtreme Gameroom does Not Warranty:
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty vandalism.
o If you or someone else damages the machine you pay for it.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty if you fix it and break it.
o If you attempt to fix your game and make the problem worse we will charge you to fix it.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty spills
o If you or someone else spills liquid on your machine you are responsible for the problems it causes.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty wearing items
o Items that wear over time, like guns, buttons, joysticks, and other items that break due to excessive or violent use. We guarantee these items to be working when you get your machine.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty Fading & Warping
o If you Place your game in direct sun light it will fade and warp the artwork, we will not warranty replace it.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty labor for non-local customers
o If you are not a local customer you will be responsible for any labor charges unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
· Xtreme Gameroom does not warranty shipping damage
o If you machine arrives with shipping damage refuse the shipment and make a note on the B.O.L. (Bill Of Lading) refused due to damage (Do Not Sign The Bill Of Lading). Signing the B.O.L. Stats you received the Merchandise in Undamaged condition.
o If you refuse the shipment due to damage that makes the problem Xtreme Gameroom’s and the Shipping Company, That is how we like it, We do not want to inconvenience our customers.
o By signing the B.O.L. you are stating you got the merchandise in undamaged condition and any shipping damage will be between you and the shipper.
o If you get your Machine Damaged and refused the delivery, We will ship replacement merchandise ASAP most of the time in 2-4 days if possible.
