Return Policy:

 
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Items are eligble for return within 15 days of purchase date.

Xtreme Gameroom Return Policy:

  1. Immediately after processing your Return, Xtreme Gameroom will send you a 10% off coupon to be used towards your next purchase. We appreciate your business and we want you back!!!
  2. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Xtreme Gameroom, including any costs, packaging and arrangements for shipping as well as proof of delivery.
  3. Xtreme Gameroom charges a flat 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

Returns are Easy!
If you decide to return an item, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number one of these three ways:
    • Log on to "My Account", click on the link for the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions provided.
    • Call Xtreme Gameroom customer service at (877) 386-9873 
    • Ship the item to the following address:

  1. We recommend using a reputable carrier, capable of providing proof of delivery, insurance, and tracking in order to assure that your item is received in the best possible condition.

Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA #. Other restrictions may apply.

Please allow 5-7 business days after Xtreme Gameroom has received your item to receive your credit. Please note it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective or damaged items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at (866) 686-4052 so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.


Holiday returns:
In order to make your holiday shopping a little easier and convenient, any item purchased from Xtreme Gameroom between November 1,  and December 31,  may be returned until January 31,

Items must still meet the above criteria.
